In 2026, 4-H Canada's Leadership Summit will be returning to in-person in Calgary, AB from February 6-8, 2026!
The 2026 Leadership Summit theme is, "Boots on the Ground, Eyes on the Horizon."
The 4-H Canada Leadership Summit is a unique national gathering that brings together 4-H volunteer leaders, provincial staff, professionals, and Youth Advisory Committee members for shared learning and connection. Through interactive workshops, expert keynotes, and networking sessions, delegates explore program and leadership excellence, discover innovative ideas, and engage in meaningful professional development. It’s also a chance to celebrate the vibrant 4-H community across Canada, while spotlighting the uniqueness of the 4-H program in Alberta.
Leadership Summit 2026 includes an optional "Pre-Summit" focused on 4-H fundamentals. Pre-summit will take place during the day on February 6, 2026, where delegates will receive additional resources to support their roles as club leaders.
